MOTHERS FINEST FAMILY FARM IS PROVIDING A FUN AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO INTRODUCE CHILDREN AGES 8YRS - 13YRS TO THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF FARMING, BEEKEEPING AND ARTS/CRAFTS, and connecting to nature in a way that makes them more empathetic to nature and preserving culture by connecting to native plants and their roots by foraging skill building, being more self sufficient, and learning how to take home skills to their families.
OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOUR CHILDREN WITH SKILL BUILDING ACTIVITIES THROUGH FARMING AND ARTS THAT WILL SUPPORT CHARACTER BUILDING, NATURE Immersion, HOMESTEADING, TRADE SKILLS, ARTS/CRAFT SKILLS, AWARENESS, MANAGING TASK AND CONFIDENCE.
Food Will be provided at Lunch. Water will be provided all day. We will email you the form for any food allergies, special dietary needs and liability forms.
Classroom sessions are on a rotating schedule with outside and indoor activities.
Types of Classes Children will experience:
Beekeeping 101, Hand Building with Clay, Cooking with Veggies, Paper-Making, Seed Planting, Gardening, Harvesting, Plant Identification, Animal Care, Farm Painting, Crafting Class and Mold-Making, Metal-Casting
